The old Hosteria was born thirty years ago in a cellar where they sold wines and typical products, a start with a thousand perplexities and many criticisms: the tripe, the ravioli, the Minestrone… “But come on people want something special.” These were the comments, but Alberto chef and promoter of this healthy and simple cuisine has continued and has succeeded over the years to have tasted his “simple recipes” to all customers who have been following us for many years… We have grown up with the desire to learn always ready to listen and to improve, never masters but always schoolchildren of this great school that is life… We will never finish to thank those who believed in us and those who for the first time come to taste our dishes. The pasta made daily is the expression typical of our culture, the real soups, as I like to call them, the fried: fried in extra virgin olive oil and then the wild boar and many other dishes unique in their simplicity and goodness.
